With Background Location Tracking, attendance is validated through real-time GPS monitoring to confirm that employees are present at the authorized work location. The system supports Geo-Fencing Technology, allowing punch-in only within a predefined 200-meter radius of the assigned workplace, ensuring location compliance and preventing remote misuse.

The application also records and displays both Punch-In and Punch-Out locations on an integrated Live Map View, giving administrators full visibility of attendance activity and movement logs. When an employee punches out, the exact exit location is captured and shown on the map for enhanced transparency and operational accountability.
