AttendFirst is an attendance app for Indian small businesses that keeps attendance and leave in one record. Staff check in from their own phone with GPS, a selfie, or a QR code. You see who is in, who is late, and who is on leave on one screen. When someone disputes a day's pay, the record settles it.
Built for shops, offices, small factories, restaurants, clinics, and agencies with 3 to 15 staff.
ATTENDANCE
• Daily attendance app for staff: check in and check out from any Android phone
• GPS attendance with the location saved on every check-in, so a check-in from home does not count as the shop
• Selfie attendance, so you know who actually marked it
• QR code attendance at the counter or factory gate, with no biometric machine to buy
• Multiple check-ins a day, with tea and lunch breaks tracked separately from work time
• Overnight and split shifts counted against the shift start date, so a night shift is one day, not two
• Multi-outlet: one attendance register app for every location
LEAVE MANAGEMENT
• Employees request leave from their phone and see their own balance, so nobody asks you "how many leaves do I have left"
• Approve or reject in one tap
• Casual, sick, and privilege leave with accruals and half-day thresholds
• Indian holiday templates: gazetted and floating holidays for 2026
• Weekly off as per the Shops and Establishments Act
• Sandwich leave handled as a written policy, not an argument
