Why must I prove the display of my building permit ?
When you have been granted a building permit from your local planning authority, you cannot start your construction project right away. Indeed, your project is subject to the right of third-parties to object, which is the right for your neighbours to oppose the future building. This right can be exercised during a period of 2 months starting from the first day of display of a notice sign on your land plot.
In order to start your construction works without worry, use the Attestis application to gather proofs of the display of your notice sign and rest assured that no objections will be deemed lawful by the courts after the 2 months period.
