AURA is the enterprise platform for your daily business processes – now also available on your smartphone and tablet. Tasks, times, customers, processes, and documents all in one place: You can continue working on your mobile device exactly where you left off on your computer.

ALL IN ONE PLACE
Instead of switching between separate, isolated solutions, AURA consolidates your work in a unified interface. Depending on which areas your company has activated,
you will have access to features such as:

• Workboard – An overview of your tasks and processes, sorted by status and priority

• Time tracking – Record and check work and project hours directly on the go

• Vacation & Absences – Submit requests, view remaining vacation days, and approve requests

INTEGRATED AI ASSISTANT
AURA includes an AI assistant that understands your company data. You ask
your question in natural language and receive an answer referencing the relevant documents and processes – without having to set filters or search through files yourself. The assistant
helps you summarize lengthy documents, find information, and create
analyses and reports.

VOICE MODE FOR ON THE GO
When your hands are full, simply speak: Voice mode records your question
via microphone and provides an audible response. This allows you to access information even on the construction site, in the
warehouse, or on your way to your next appointment. The voice assistant can also be launched directly
from Google Assistant.

CONFIGURED FOR YOUR COMPANY
AURA is multi-tenant capable: Each company receives its own isolated environment with
its own data, user management, and functionality. The areas and
analyses you see depend on your role and your company's settings.
New features and customizations are automatically available in the app after release—without requiring you to install an update.

SECURITY
Login is via your organization's company login. The connection to the server is end-to-end encrypted, and data is not stored on the device. Access is governed exclusively by the permissions your company has granted you.

REQUIREMENTS
AURA is an application for businesses and is intended for employees of organizations with existing AURA access. To use it, you need your company's login credentials and an active internet connection. Login is not possible without your organization's access. For voice mode, microphone access is required; you grant this access once, and it can be revoked at any time in the system settings.

- Externe Links verlassen die App: Fremdlinks öffnen im System-Browser statt in der App-Hülle zu laden (die App bleibt bei ihrem AURA-System).
