horrible interface. app works when it wants to. replaying through the app either takes forever or doesn't work. tried resetting the password. when you do, you have to scan a QR code which is fine. but when it gives you a code to type in, the code doesn't work, most of the time the code would have a SQUARE as part of the code you'll have to type in. ADT as a security system is great but their cameras are trash.

The app is terrible. It will bring up images when it wants to. When it does work the camera and app times are not the same. So if I'm looking up a specific incident I have to research within an hour before or after. When you try to playback and go to a specific time it will jump to live and not stay on playback. Frustrating.
