The instant version of this app just stole my money by changing the selected tip amount AFTER submitting my payment (I saw this happen in the background while the loading spinner was displayed). The receipt I received to my email didn't show how much I paid (both the total and tip amounts showed $0). I had to have the restaurant print my receipt and show me the tip amount to confirm that I'd paid. Overall terrible experience; I will not be paying this way again.

Great app generally. But should NOT be in use in large concert venues as the app cannot handle the demand on its servers. They have union at Whitewater amphitheater in Texas hill country and it's really useless there. They have signs promoting speedy service and it does help you get your drinks faster even though you cant order ahead, but the app crashes every time you try to close your tab out at the end of the night and they forcibly hit you with a 20-30% tip that's not disclosed anywhere.

This app is terrible. We kept having to re-add our drinks because this app kept deleting them. When I finally got to the final screen, the app magically added a few(but not all) of the missing drinks back, so some of us had double/triple orders. We only needed 1 each. There was no way to alter/delete from that screen, and the waiter came out with 2 drinks, then 4 about 10 minutes later. When I tried to tell him about the problem, he couldn't hear due to the music, then gave up & walked away
