Ratings and reviews

The app would not continue with the new credit card enrollment after input of the OTP. A window popped out with "OK" then just closes the window and hence stucked on the same page.

The app is great but not when you're moving to a new device. It'll require you to visit their branch to successfully access your account which is very inconvenient. We already have several ways to verify the identity of the user online and yet they are sticking to the old ways. Please, innovate and give your customer seamless experience in using your application.

Upon login-in getting a message that my password has expired. After changing my password it is now getting incorrect password. I tried to login login using my previous password - it works but it goes back to my password has expired. Now I cannot login due to many attemps and I have to go to the branch. This is the most useless Bank app
