Ratings and reviews

The app works initially, But I struggle to create an account or login because it keeps quitting and showing a message that says my device doesn't meet the minimum security requirements. All other banking and secure apps works perfectly on my phone and the software is up to date with no tampering. It's basically the only app that refuses to work with alleged security reasons!! I know my phone has an old Android version (13) but it has the latest security updates as of this date.

It is asking me to authenticate using ekey 2.0. for making my device a 'Trusted Device', but the whole screen goes blank, and nothing happens if I do it.

Just now I cannot access the KFH app.. it keeps on asking me to turn on the location permission but the location permission in my phone setting is always allowed for KFH app..🥲 please fix this urgent if this is a bug..
