Ratings and reviews

The app works initially, But I struggle to create an account or login because it keeps quitting and showing a message that says my device doesn't meet the minimum security requirements. All other banking and secure apps works perfectly on my phone and the software is up to date with no tampering. It's basically the only app that refuses to work with alleged security reasons!! I know my phone has an old Android version (13) but it has the latest security updates as of this date.

Application Experience is not pleasant. Tried opening account, without able to generate User ID & password, account is generated & email received of new account opening. while i am badly struggling to generate user id & password to be able to access application as my prime goal to go with KFH is to Buy Digital Gold. Even tried to regeister complaint via customer care executive. Not satisfied Again. Account is opened & bank wants account holder to maintain 20 BD for what? No service levels???

One of worst apps I use in my life. Whenever I want to open it. It's only loading not open. After uninstall it and again install it. I can open but again after 1 time use not open again. Again loading or if it's open. it's showing security alert. This device doesn't meet the minimum security requirements......
