Very bad experience... every time my online banking is locked. Very bad service. In password change option in the app, there is option to change it by debit card, atm pin and account number, but it only work with account number. This is a bug yet they have not updated this. This waste, time, money ans effort.

I really regret having gone for this app because I lost the image I had for AUB. It has proved to be so unreliable when you want to transfer money in an emergency! It's been 4 days now ...every operator says a different thing. You follow them each time but ultimately the rest is nothing . It's so frustrating!!! Finally I have become debtor because I had to get someone else to remit the amount for me. Can someone please suggest how money can be remitted to India online ??

The app isn't properly designed. I remitted a big amount to India and it went missing for 2 weeks for the bank to refund it back to me. After that I lost 76 BD on the exchange difference while the fault was with the bank. Just note that the beneficiary Nick name on the app will be considered as the beneficiary name for the transaction (remit to India option). Very poor customer service as well. Do not use this app or else you will lose your money.
