"Repair Service" provides users with the ability to scan QR Codes and submit request services. Its items cover environmental cleaning, equipment failure, maintenance assistance, etc.
"Task Management" provides a platform for the property team to coordinate and dispatch tasks, and can also automatically dispatch tasks for execution based on settings such as professions, roles, and groups.
"Inspection Execution" regulates and tracks the daily, quarterly and annual maintenance progress and repair reports of the maintenance, mechanical and electrical and cleaning teams.
"Asset Management" effectively creates asset information such as all spaces and equipment for reference at any time.
