Disastrous revamp of the application. It was much more user friendly before. Now to access my favorites (items to be auctioned from earliest to latest), I am lost.

I've been trying to get ahold of someone there are glitches in the website and app I just want my things appraised and auctioned. thank you.

1. Extremely difficult to navigate coz lack of filters, incl by date, location, catagory etc. 2. Under same login, followed lots from website is not reflected in app, vice versa. No sync-up b/t the two platforms. 3. Worst of all, during bidding app is showing stale price, what you see in app is not real time. Don't use it if you are serious collector/dealer. 4. Zero customer service/support. Lack of immediate action and remediation cost customers dearly. This is Bonhams in its true color.
