Decent idea, plagued with issues. (Used FOS 2026 - so these sorts of basic issues really should have been fixed) - Changing networks sometimes leads to sessions ending causing log outs at annoying times, like entering the event... - "Event companion" doesn't show sometimes - The timetable keeps reloading until you switch sub-tab and spam timetable again. - Links are not updated from last year. - Purchased 4 days tickets app says "4 days" but ticketing has skipped to Sunday

Very poor, system did not work for me and the process has no back up. If the phone is not working then you do not get in. I guess the process was never validated. In there bs to qualify their cost reduction action they fail to consider the cost to the planet of the data centres that they are reliant on.

This is not an app! It is a mobile web page disguised as an app. The fact you need an internet connection for it to function blatantly highlights this. If you're going to go to the effort of making an app, then make it an app! The fact I could not access my tickets even though they were "downloaded" without an internet connection on the day, makes this pointless
