app is unusable. it never loads-just spins then dumps me out. until I get an android error that it's consistently not loading (really? I hadn't noticed ..) my wife had the app installed on her Samsung phone and had the same experience. you shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall every time you want to go to a show! (I can't imagine how this is gets 4.6 stars. over half of the reviews are 1-star with similar complaints. the majority of the 5-star reviews are reviewing the theater, not the app!)

Opened the app after initial setup and just got a spinner on the loading screen. Cleared cache, didn't help. Cleared data and was able to get to welcome screen and log in. I can navigate around to most parts of the app, but I get sent back to welcome screen to login if I try to view my tickets.

App doesn't work. Keeps going back to the login screen when I try to view my tickets. I login, it goes to the view tickets/ordee concessions screen, click on view tickets, and it wants me to login again. Death loop...never did work.
