I tried to buy tickets after I logged in and had to log in again. I tried to buy tickets with four credit cards from four different banks. I was every time and was told it was the issuing bank each time. But each one was issued by a different bank. That means that there is a problem with ALL four banks? App sucks.

App won't allow you to paste in passwords. This hurts users who use password managers and is a security anti-pattern. The app also requests your location but gives no explanation why. Finally, the fact that an app is required at all to view your tickets is bonkers.

Doesn't allow password apps to paste in data. Also, doesn't allow for pasting of long complicated passwords into the password field.
