Not reliable. Sometimes works great, sometimes not. Makes me nervous when attending event, will it work.

I am currently not able to even open the app, which as this app has my tickets on it I am very worried of whether it will be fixed by show time.

The app isn't working. It won't open and I have no idea where I'm going to be able to get my tickets for the upcoming show.
