Not reliable. Sometimes works great, sometimes not. Makes me nervous when attending event, will it work.

It's truly wild that we "have" to download the app to access tickets for an event, but the app never opens to access said tickets. What am I supposed to do day of show if it continues to not open?

I am currently not able to even open the app, which as this app has my tickets on it I am very worried of whether it will be fixed by show time.
