This app is frankly useless after you've bought tickets. Why can't I see my orders even if my tickets haven't been released yet. I need a refund and of course can't find my email and seemingly that's the only way to get my order number since your site acts like I've never purchased any tickets. Why is it so hard to login to my account in your browser, maybe I don't want another app on my phone that gets used a couple of days a year.

I never review apps, but this app is in dire need of good UI/UX designers. It runs like a mobile website, which is to say, not good. Ads pop up that are too big for the screen, so you have to zoom in and out to find the small 'x'. And then my payment didn't go through for whatever reason, and I got an error, which cost me a good seat.

DO NOT buy tickets here. I got here 4 hours before the show and the parking was already gone. They say take the Metra, but I have no Metra near me. They do not offer reliable parking and I spent HUNDREDS on tickets and couldn't get any parking while the entire neighborhood has plenty of street parking, but signs posted "No Ravinia Parking" The venue community hates them and I see why, they are a complete and total ripoff.
