App crashes on startup after working just fine last year. I already resented needing to use this app at all, but now the crashing with no message is just insultingly bad. I was able to fix it by going into my Android settings for Applications, selecting the app, force stopping it, and blowing away *both* cache and data (cache-only didn't fix it)... you know, just like a totally normal phone user is used to doing all the time. Sigh.

This app is frankly useless after you've bought tickets. Why can't I see my orders even if my tickets haven't been released yet. I need a refund and of course can't find my email and seemingly that's the only way to get my order number since your site acts like I've never purchased any tickets. Why is it so hard to login to my account in your browser, maybe I don't want another app on my phone that gets used a couple of days a year.

I never review apps, but this app is in dire need of good UI/UX designers. It runs like a mobile website, which is to say, not good. Ads pop up that are too big for the screen, so you have to zoom in and out to find the small 'x'. And then my payment didn't go through for whatever reason, and I got an error, which cost me a good seat.
