This app is frankly useless after you've bought tickets. Why can't I see my orders even if my tickets haven't been released yet. I need a refund and of course can't find my email and seemingly that's the only way to get my order number since your site acts like I've never purchased any tickets. Why is it so hard to login to my account in your browser, maybe I don't want another app on my phone that gets used a couple of days a year.

I never review apps, but this app is in dire need of good UI/UX designers. It runs like a mobile website, which is to say, not good. Ads pop up that are too big for the screen, so you have to zoom in and out to find the small 'x'. And then my payment didn't go through for whatever reason, and I got an error, which cost me a good seat.

just went on sale for tickets try to buy bonamassa still in the imaginary digital line for 2 hours on the phone a little guy standing there got up to the end of the line to give you 20 minutes to figure out what you're going to get once you click on the ticket then you go to check out and you have an account and you have the app on your phone and everything tells me it doesn't recognize me. I love ravinia but they got to find a better app. because if I can't get tickets it's not worth it.
