No se puede ver de antemano el tiempo aproximado del turno, para decidir si sacarlo o no. Dice que puedo cancelar el turno, lo que no dice es que no puedo volverlo a pedir. Me hacen responsable de su propia incapacidad de agendar un turno a una hora exacta. No puedo ver el estado de medicamentos pendientes. No puedo pedir mis medicamentos a domicilio. Me aparece que puedo sacar turno y reclamar en farmacias donde me han devuelto porque en realidad en esa no dispensan de mi eps.

Sería bueno poder saber de antemano cuánto es el tiempo aproximado de atención ANTES de solicitar el turno. Así uno puede saber si alcanza a llegar o no. Porque encima solo deja pedir un turno digital al día.
