I'm not the best person to rate this app because I downloaded it and mistakenly thought it would allow me to use my USB microphone and interface it with my cell phone. When I realized the app was not what I was looking for I kept it anyway and made recordings. Comes with a few handy sound settings, native storage. Even though it's not what I was looking for I still seem to keep using it. That's got to say something about it.

the positive point is options for phone mic, USB mic and wired mic. I bought an external microphone USB because the action camera I use for skating has good image but terrible sound. the camera does not have option for USB mic. So, I need to rec separately using my phone for audio rec. It was not matching in the edition with the video. Now I learned to change the feature "sound detector" and it's recording normal now with sound and silence.

Isn't responding to any USB input; tries to record from my phone mic like any other voice memo app.
