About this app

Audiodexa came into being after we received tens of thousands of messages and questions on the dicție.ro chat about HOW to pronounce a certain word. Thus, we considered building a useful tool for Romanian speakers and transposing the audio dictionary of the Romanian language and beyond. When we say and beyond, we refer to words that are difficult to pronounce, which are not necessarily found in the dictionary, but are often used by: sports commentators, journalists in general, but also by those who want to correctly pronounce various words from other languages ​​or want to learn how to pronounce the names of personalities, cities, counties, etc. correctly in Romanian.

Our mission is not to copy dictionaries and publish them online, someone else is already doing this successfully, but to give a concrete, vocal example of how to pronounce Romanian words correctly, for those who want to speak a correct and clean Romanian language. We will make sure that you can hear at least the first definition of the word you are looking for, which you will also find in written form. In addition, you will also find the complicated words that we mentioned above.
