It's becoming very discouraging to use this app because one can hardly read a news article when you open it; the text and entire screen goes dark and you can hardly read a thing. What's the use of a news app when you can't read the news? It's taken so long, yet Channels has not done anything to correct it.

When à news item is clicked or selected the body of the news goes very dark... thereby difficult to read or see. This has been existing for a very long time despite recent updates same issue persists.

A few months ago, it was my daily go-to app for news, but right now, it's absolutely of no use to me because i can't read the text anymore. I don't understand the reason for the shade on the texts making them unreadable. I will have to uninstall it and switch to other news apps
