After spending a lot of time and money on other option this is by far the best and most suited for personalising reports. I would agree it would be nice to be able to edit the pass/fail/na section as it is not always relevant to the questions. Also the ability to add a category or question once you have started an inspection. Other than that its absolutely perfect and the final emailed report have got many positive feedback from my customers

3 major issue I have so far, the templates are not live documents to be shared between multiple users, it'd also be great if you could set up an organization with multiple users. The generated reports are flipping the orientation of photos causing the report to look unprofessional. No ability to duplicate tests on an open audit, sometimes I need to perform the same tests in different locations on the same job. There is some minor piddly stuff, like saving my signature, name, and title.

I am a firefighting auditor for building and apartments. This checklist app helps me create the templates I need. I can organize my questions into categories and then start my inspections. I can add multiple images, choose yes or no, and write comments. They also provide a webpage where you can create your own template and import it into the app. Overall, the app works very well.
