"The interview simulation: recruit without discrimination" is a VR application (compatible with a Cardboard viewer or a VR mask), designed by À Compétence Égale that allows you to experience a real job interview situation with a candidate. You will be able to read a job description, consult the CVs of two candidates and then conduct an interview with each candidate by choosing the right questions from those proposed. The objective is to know how to better formulate the questions asked in interviews in order to respect the principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination.
