aukey can you please elaborate why your aukey mate application is not working i spcially bought aukey ep-b2 earbuds as i like it's sound but it's sound cannot be adjusted without application please fix issue it stucks app not working

I'm using Aukey Move Mini ANC. The app couldn't connect to the earbuds. From the app, the manual pairing is limited to a few models only, which does not include the model I have. Appreciate it if the dev can include it.
