The learning platform has the support of the team of training professionals from the College of Property Administrators of Barcelona-Lleida. Training managers, coordinators, platform managers, academic directors, facilitators and a team of teachers who combine their professional experience with teaching, transferring all their professional knowledge to the students.
The objective of Aula Colegial is for registered professionals dedicated to the management of real estate assets to acquire and update their knowledge, to enhance their skills and competencies through training programs based on the current reality of their business sector.
The Collegiate Classroom courses are presented in a computerized learning environment via the Internet, based on Moodle technology. The training itineraries are designed so that they can be followed autonomously, with tutored courses where the tutor guides and promotes the training process, or with autonomous courses where the training initiative falls on the student. The figure of the facilitator is always present. Its mission is to provide support that serves as a guide and guides our students in the technical section during their training. It guarantees training success by monitoring and supporting students throughout the entire learning process. Each course has a learning guide detailing its development, the planned dates for each topic and, where appropriate, the planning for delivery of practical cases, questionnaires or participation in debate forums. The support and reference material is based on manuals and documents prepared by tutors and teachers and is complemented by bibliography, articles, regulations and, in some cases, exercises with which to evaluate the acquisition of training content.
