About this app

The Bidvest Panic Alert App is one of the benefits included in the Bidvest Insurance Panic Alert
policy. The app works in conjunction with a valid Panic Alert policy and provides policyholders with
an easy to use panic button with access to a national network of security companies that provide
armed responders should you feel unsafe or vulnerable.
When you push the panic button on the app, our control room will call you back immediately to
confirm the nature of your emergency and to confirm that help is on the way. The app also allows
you to track the response vehicle sent to your location.
