About this app

TimeAlly Workforce is the employee app for companies that manage their time with TimeAlly.

With it you can:
• Clock in, clock out, and take breaks with a single tap, even without a network connection: the clock-in is saved with the time and sent as soon as the connection is restored. If your company requires it, the app verifies that you are at the workplace; location is only used when clocking in and is not saved.

• View your schedule by day, week, month, or range, with your published shifts, absences, and short-notice changes, and download it as a PDF.

• Request vacation and leave, by days or hours, view your balance, and track the status of each request.

• Submit expenses with a photo of the receipt and send them for approval.

• Accept shift offers and propose shift swaps to a colleague.

• View your documents and payslips, confirm they have been read, and sign those sent to you.

• Receive instant notifications: approvals, shift changes, offers, and announcements. • If you're a manager, approve your team's requests and check balances from your mobile device.

You need an account created by your company. TimeAlly Workforce complies with mandatory time tracking requirements, and your data is stored within the European Union.

What’s new

• Proyectos: consulta tus semanas de horas por proyecto (tarea, comentario y horas facturables); las horas se imputan desde el ordenador.
• Aprobaciones: el responsable ve la tarea y el comentario de cada línea al aprobar o rechazar.
• Quien está excluido del registro de jornada lo ve en Fichar, accede a sus proyectos y su Horario no le marca ausencias.
