When real trouble comes — fire, flood, blackout, conflict — the internet is the first thing to disappear. Aron is built for exactly that moment: the whole survival library and smart search live inside your phone and work with no internet, no signal and no data plan. Try it: switch on airplane mode and open any section.
Aron is an independent private app. We do not represent any government entity, are not affiliated with any government entity, do not act on their behalf and do not provide government services. The library contains official documents that are publicly available; links to the original sources are at the end of this description and on the "Sources" screen inside the app.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• "I'm in trouble" — 9 emergencies, two taps away: war or attack, fire, evacuation, water emergency, lost or stranded, storm and flood, extreme heat and cold, transport accident, crime and assault. Each one is a set of short steps: what to do right now. One tap calls the emergency service — the number matches your country (112, 911, 999 and others).
• 426 ready answers by topic — water, food, fire, heat and cold, natural hazards, transport, security, preparedness.
• Smart search — ask in your own words: "how to purify water", "leg cramp while swimming". Aron searches by meaning, not by letters, and understands typos. A local AI model runs entirely on your device.
• Real books — publicly available official documents: the U.S. Army Survival Manual FM 21-76 (MCRP 3-02F reprint), FEMA and Ready.gov guides, CDC materials, a U.S. Fire Administration brochure, and civil-protection leaflets from EMERCOM of Russia. When an answer comes from a book included in the app, it opens right on the exact page.
• "My books" — add your own books (EPUB, FB2, TXT, DOCX) and Aron will search them too. Everything stays on your phone only.
• Tools — whistle, SOS light and compass.
HOW TO USE — THREE STEPS
1. In trouble? Tap the red "I'm in trouble" button, pick the tile that matches and follow the short steps.
2. Have a question? Type it in your own words in the search bar and tap the magnifier. Open a card — the source page is one tap away.
3. Preparing ahead? Browse the shelves by topic and add your own books to "My books": when the hard hour comes, everything will be at hand, even with no signal.
Tip: open the app once after installing and run your first search — Aron prepares the search module, and from then on everything works instantly, fully offline.
WHY ARON AND NOT A SEARCH ENGINE
• Works with the internet and mobile network switched off.
• Sends nothing out: your questions stay on your phone.
• No ads, no subscriptions, no data collection. Pay once — use forever.
• English and Russian.
HONESTY AND SOURCES
• The library contains only official, freely distributable documents (public domain and official government materials); every book lists its source.
• Some Russian-language files are our own unofficial translations of U.S. government documents; this is stated both in the file and on the card.
• Some answers are our summaries of official recommendations and survival books; every card says where the facts come from.

IMPORTANT
Aron is a reference library — not a government service and not an emergency service. It does not replace doctors or emergency services: if life is in danger, call 112 (or your local emergency number). Perform medical procedures only when professional help is unavailable.
