HERITAGE is a cultural entertainment app that allows you to experience different Auras that we design for you at home, in cultural venues and on public roads. Add a digital layer to the real world and watch ancient buildings rebuild, inert objects, and historical figures come to life to tell us their stories. All this through the camera of your mobile device.

Get closer to the classics of Mexican art with this augmented guide in person at MUNAL. The welcome is in charge of Velasco, with whom you also have a photo opportunity. The works with Aura are La cañada de Metlac, La alameda de México, Patio of the ex-convent of San Agustín, Valle de México and El valle de México from the Tenayo hill.

We have managed to take advantage of immersive technology to interact with images, sculptures, buildings, display 360 videos, 2D animations, 3D elements, virtual spaces, access information stored in databases and interact with artificial intelligence. Our work results in an application that makes use of Extended Reality to show the Aura, that is, digital elements integrated into the physical world. Aura XR is a company that seeks to reinvent the way we interact with history. Using cutting-edge technology we explore a new way of approaching works of art.

Extended Reality (XR) is the term that unifies the three variants of Immersive technologies: Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality. This offers the possibility of adding digital elements to the real world, which creates environments that surprise and entertain. Thus we transport ourselves to virtual worlds, whose realism immerses the senses, transcending time and space.

We want to share the great potential of technology in the cultural context, as a powerful tool to democratize information, with experiences that allow us to relive important moments, delve into works of art and provoke unforgettable memories that strengthen our roots and love for our culture.

To make learning through HERITAGE trustworthy and clear, we work together with researchers who safeguard our cultural heritage.

This is a project dedicated to disseminating the historical memory of the Mexican people. It potentiates the narrative possibilities of what is normally limited to the world of the static.
