Aurora BTP is the all-in-one management app for Belgian building tradespeople: heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, and general contractors.

Designed for the field, it connects the office and teams in real time, from quote acceptance to final invoice.

• Team scheduling
Organize the week's jobs, assign your technicians, and reschedule with a tap. Everyone can see their day on their phone.

• Real-time field tracking
The technician indicates their status: leaving, on site, back at the warehouse, finished. The manager monitors progress live, without having to call.

• Signed work orders
The client signs on their phone at the end of the job. Photos, materials installed, and time spent are recorded on the work order, which is automatically sent by email.

• Online quote acceptance
Send a quote, and the client accepts it with a click via a secure link. No more back-and-forth phone calls.

• Compliant invoices and Peppol e-invoicing
Invoice in two clicks directly from the job site. Credit notes, Belgian VAT, accounting export, and Peppol sending for your business clients.

• Multi-location stock management
