Felt glad that I received a good amount credit card from you. But inapp experience is the worst, the login process. Need to work on the working of application features. As well request you to look after your customer service representatives. The rudeness they have in their voice. I also have experience in IDFC bank. The services they provide and information on the application itself is good as well the representative that I communicated with were empathetic and listened to my problem.

The app is unstable. Proportions are not upto scale. In my device the app is extremely laggy and slow. On top of it cant see the balance as somehow the ui is not compatible. This is not acceptable at all. Please fix this. I am using samsung galaxy note 10.

Almost good,but sometimes lags due to some issues(Keeps loading...). And would suggest to add an option to check Credit Score in the app,so that customer can get offers/ loans etc,according to his credit score.
