Ratings and reviews

As someone else pointed out, the app won't open most of the time. It keeps getting stuck on the splash screen. No error, nothing. Just keeps getting stuck on the logo. Tried clearing the cache but didn't help. Uninstall and reinstall is not a practical solution. And in fact I'm using a SD 8 Plus Gen phone and somehow it even makes the app switcher hang occasionally. Only app that does this to my phone so far. Significant improvement needed.

The app gets stuck on the splash screen evry second day and the only way to use it is to uninstall it and install it again.. many people have complained about this but it seems the developers are not interested in feedbacks anymore. Tiresome experience. Edit : The link you provided is worthless. I've registered my grievance but there's no progress. App doesn't register on my phone now even after sending SMS from my SIM. All lines to the customer service are always busy. Pathetic service

app is not working from last week onwards. first i connected to customer care. they told me to send a mail to bank and share the screenshot using another phone. i tried to re install the app so many time but it is not working. it showing one message invalid certificate. after sending the mail they replied will respond within 48 hours. It is already completed and there is no reply.
