When it works, it's great. I've been using this app since September 2023 and it's now Dec 1st 2023...ive not been able to use it in the last 4 or 5 weeks intermittently. After entering log in info it completely shuts down and restarts the app about 90% of the time. I've been having to log in on a browser. So frustrating. I've banked w Austin for almost 40 years and this is well beneath their usual customer services.

Great app but have not been able to use it with my samsung phone. Please fix the buisness app. When you sign in it just shuts down . Been going on for a long time the bank said alot of people have problems with it.

I admit my account went negative a couple of times but the loan officer at my bank had a vindetta against me for some reason and he wouldn't let up until I was not a customer. The worst part was that I overdrew my account at Christmas time and although I paid it off in the time that they gave me to pay for it, they went back on their word. They told me once I got the overdraft paid they would send me knew debit cards. But once I finished the installments, they said they were not giving my cards
