Ratings and reviews

Incredibly bad app, not user friendly, no proper English translation, instead you get a mix of German and English text. The app does not properly tell you how much megabytes you still have, instead just shows 7000/7000 (examplary number). Is it 7000 left, is it 7000 used, no one knows. No way to top up with an arbitrary amount. When you run out of internet traffic it just starts using your credit money, without an obvious option to cancel this.

Very bad app, they seem to have great offers at first, but if you buy a package with 51.000 mb for 30 days and you use them 10 days earlier, you will be able only to use credits for internet and minutes, I used 10 eure credits in 1 day because I had to wait 7 more days until my package will be renewed. Now I have to add more credits.. probably I already spent couple of cents writing this review

Mislead me into paying 20 euro instead of 10, the additional 10 euro credit on the app that i could have otherwise use to activate a package became without reason 9.80euro which meant i could only use it for a smaller dat package. Very disappointed with an app i actually found interesting at first.
