About this app

Ausvanta is the mobile app for support workers delivering NDIS services. It puts your roster, the people you support, and the records you need to keep in one place — so you can spend less time on paperwork and more time on support.

YOUR ROSTER
See your upcoming shifts, shift times, locations and who you are supporting. Accept or decline shifts, and check what a shift involves before you arrive.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
Start and finish shifts from your phone. Clock events are recorded with location verification so your hours are accurate and your timesheet reflects what you actually worked.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Read the participant's safety and support information ahead of the shift — communication preferences, support needs, and the clinical context relevant to your role. Everything is scoped to what you need to deliver safe support.

TASKS AND NOTES
Work through the tasks planned for the shift and record progress notes as you go, while the detail is fresh.

INCIDENT REPORTING
Report an incident from your phone the moment you can. Capture what happened, when, and what you did — so nothing depends on remembering it at the end of a long day.

TIMESHEETS
Review, submit and track your timesheets. See what has been approved without chasing anyone.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Get broadcasts, policy updates and reminders from your provider, and acknowledge the ones that need it.

REQUIRES A PROVIDER ACCOUNT
Ausvanta is provided to you by your employer. You will need an account from an NDIS provider using Ausvanta to sign in — you cannot create one yourself.

PERMISSIONS
• Location — verifies clock-in and clock-out at the shift location. Used only while you are using the app; there is no background location tracking.
• Camera — clock-in photo verification and task evidence.
• Notifications — shift reminders, roster changes and provider broadcasts.
