Ok, so it worked. On one car. For $90. And now it's locked to that car. Typical for Autel, the fine print of LOCKS TO ONE VIN is buried at the very end of a web page that's not directly linked in the AutoZone sales page. So it saves me a few bucks on one car. Geeze. Why can Tom's Keys rent the same device out for about the same fee each, but I can't use it for more than one car? Tom's makes you return the OBDII device, so they must be able to reuse it. Why can't I also??

Worked exactly as advertised and saved me a lot of money when someone stole the key to our van! I read reviews of some people saying they were getting an error message about needing a 64 bit processor, but I had no issues. I have a Snapdragon 665, for what it's worth.

Not as advertised - waste of money. The requirements for the app don't specify that your mobile phone needs to be 64-bit. In short, you can meet all stated requirements, but the app still will not work, because Car Keys Express didn't disclose all of the requirements.
