Great experience. At first, it did not work, but I called support and found out they were already working on a fix. 24 hours later, I was able to update the app, and the key program process was fast and no issues. 2017 Suburban LT. Saved big vs. the dealership. For sure not a scam as I have seen in other posts.

The app continued to crash the first week and then was fixed the next time we tried it. Worked as expected. Very easy. Complaints about only being for one vehicle are unwarranted. Description was clear about this fact and it still saves a ton of money if you need more than one key made over the lifetime of the vehicle. The convenience is worth the price alone.

Ok, so it worked. On one car. For $90. And now it's locked to that car. Typical for Autel, the fine print of LOCKS TO ONE VIN is buried at the very end of a web page that's not directly linked in the AutoZone sales page. So it saves me a few bucks on one car. Geeze. Why can Tom's Keys rent the same device out for about the same fee each, but I can't use it for more than one car? Tom's makes you return the OBDII device, so they must be able to reuse it. Why can't I also??
