This is a very good, inexpensive way to diagnose problems with your vehicle. You DO have to pay for each type of vehicle you are testing with a nominal fee, but even with that...it is worth it...there are probably better featured scanners on the market, but for the money and simplicity, it works for me!!!!

I review my rating to ZERO stars. I've been ripped off again after purchasing and downloading another vehicle data. Still keeps saying "Vehicle SO file missing" This is a complete scam!

I'm not happy with the 20 bucks extra charge per brand PER YEAR. thieves. I'm not giving them a single penny anymore. I bought 4 brands but I'm tired... NEVER AGAIN AUTEL. let me know when it's all free then I will use your piece of ..... Equipment again, never until then.
