Auth0 Guardian is a mobile app that can deliver push notifications to a user’s pre-registered device (typically a mobile phone or tablet) from which a user can immediately allow or deny account access via the press of a button. It can also generate one-time passwords if that is preferred.

Note for developers: Auth0 Guardian is one of the multi factor authentication options that can be used within the Auth0 identity platform (https://auth0.com). You can enable it with a single switch. You don’t have to change your apps to start supporting multi factor authentication.

I got a new phone and now cannot log in. I've tried to reset the password online but it never sends the email. I use this for work and now I can't do anything.

Ridiculous is a good description. Don't ever lose your phone, get a new phone, or forget your password. (Phrase - what phrase). App did work well until we upgraded our phone. We are forced to to use this app to access field assignments. There is no chat support. I am on the road in the day time so when a trouble ticket/email is submitted we have to wait until the next day for a response, which we cannot read until the evening, to find out the system still does not work. It would be nice if this app could synch to our other phone. There is zero phone or chat support. You have to email the company that forced you to use this app.

This app's got probs! You can't delete accounts and it will let you add multiple, identically named versions of the same account all with different passcodes so you don't know which one to use. Hitting the delete button simply crashes the app. There's a edit button for an account and it literally does nothing. I can crash the app by pressing it several times. Previous reviews are correct, the push notifications only works if you have the app OPEN. The you get the android notification on top of and in app notification. Sloppy. If I'm opening the app, I don't need push notifications. Customer service said they won't help unless I'm paying $23/mo...
