I changed my phone , it asked for passphrase which I didn't have. tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but nothing seems to work out. the customer service puts you on hold for 30 mins and after 30 mins in case they pick up the call , they are so rude. they will see you are not authenticated. call back again and wait for another 30 mins.

The same as all the other complaints, i changed my phone and now the app requires a recovery phrase which i dont have. How are you suppose to get your recovery phrase if there is no option to reset or retrieve....

Ridiculous is a good description. Don't ever lose your phone, get a new phone, or forget your password. (Phrase - what phrase). App did work well until we upgraded our phone. We are forced to to use this app to access field assignments. There is no chat support. I am on the road in the day time so when a trouble ticket/email is submitted we have to wait until the next day for a response, which we cannot read until the evening, to find out the system still does not work. It would be nice if this app could synch to our other phone. There is zero phone or chat support. You have to email the company that forced you to use this app.
