I changed my phone , it asked for passphrase which I didn't have. tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but nothing seems to work out. the customer service puts you on hold for 30 mins and after 30 mins in case they pick up the call , they are so rude. they will see you are not authenticated. call back again and wait for another 30 mins.

Tried to login and it requested a recovery passphrase which I do not have. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app, I input my password which it did not acknowledge, so I then choose "forgot password" and it was supposed to send me directions for reset by email and I never received the email. App is worthless.

I got a new phone and now cannot log in. I've tried to reset the password online but it never sends the email. I use this for work and now I can't do anything.
