Authra is the trust layer for business representatives.
When someone claims to represent a company — a salesperson, technician, agent, or contractor — how do you know they're actually authorized to act on that company's behalf? Authra lets you check in seconds.
HOW IT WORKS
Companies issue digital authorizations to the people who represent them, specifying their name, email, and role. Each authorization gets a unique Authra ID.
Anyone can verify a representative by scanning their QR code or entering their Authra ID manually. Verification instantly shows whether the authorization is active, pending, revoked, rejected, or expired — along with the rep's name, role, and the company they represent.
FOR REPRESENTATIVES
Sign up with your work email to claim your authorizations and build your profile. Add a photo, view your active authorizations, and show your own AuthCard — a personal QR code that anyone can scan to confirm you're authorized to represent your company.
FOR COMPANIES
Manage your team's authorizations from the Authra web dashboard. Issue, track, and revoke authorizations at any time. Add your company logo and details so verifiers see exactly who they're dealing with.
WHY IT MATTERS
Authorization fraud and impersonation cost businesses and their customers real money and trust. Authra gives both sides — the person claiming authorization and the person verifying it — a fast, reliable way to confirm the relationship is real, current, and accurate.
PRIVACY
Authra only collects what's needed to verify representatives: name, email, and an optional profile photo. You can remove your photo or delete your account and data at any time from the Account tab.
