About this app

Autlu is the companion app for the Autlu platform (app.autlu.com), designed for real estate professionals who conduct move-in and move-out inspections.

Log in with the account you created on the website: you'll find your inspection reports, drafts, and documents on your phone.

ON THE PLACE
• Guided room-by-room form: fixtures, meter readings, keys, observations
• Photos taken directly in the app and annotated (arrows, circles, freehand drawing)
• Voice dictation to describe a defect without typing
• Automatic saving of drafts, even offline

AFTER THE VISIT
• Document generation and PDF export
• Electronic signatures for both the tenant and landlord
• Sharing and sending from your phone
• Complete history of your inspection reports

NOTIFICATIONS
You'll be notified when a document is generated, signed, or when an action is required.

Autlu is a companion app: it requires an active Autlu account. Account creation, subscription, and billing are managed through the website. The mobile app does not offer any in-app purchases.
