Poor UI design. Prepaid for a wash today only to find out that they're closed with no signs on the building stating it. There's no pop up stating that their locations would be closed. Only a lousy small area that you would have to click through to state that they're closed, but yet they had no problem taking my money or letting me know that I would have to be at the location to use what's in my wash wallet. The process to get a refund takes longer than it should.

I loved the features of the app until I found out it doesn't care if the car is present for the wash. It only cares if the phone is present. Worse, today the AutoBell attendant put my car into the system twice for a single "free" wash. When I came back around to do the super wash normally costing only $9, the system charged me $20--the full price. This is becoming absurd. The program concept is Great! The implementation is absolutely horrible.

Love the convenience of the app, but I am unable to add additional services! I get an error code, but the charge goes through. First time I thought it was me, so I did it again, thinking the pending authorizations would drop. But NO! I have to call customer service to get the refund. Now I have to explain the issue and prove that the charges go through, which IS NOT convenient 😒
