I loved the features of the app until I found out it doesn't care if the car is present for the wash. It only cares if the phone is present. Worse, today the AutoBell attendant put my car into the system twice for a single "free" wash. When I came back around to do the super wash normally costing only $9, the system charged me $20--the full price. This is becoming absurd. The program concept is Great! The implementation is absolutely horrible.

Love the convenience of the app, but I am unable to add additional services! I get an error code, but the charge goes through. First time I thought it was me, so I did it again, thinking the pending authorizations would drop. But NO! I have to call customer service to get the refund. Now I have to explain the issue and prove that the charges go through, which IS NOT convenient 😒

Your have to be right at the car wash before it will let you start the app process. It's doesn't allow you to tip from within the app. Today it keep saying the bar code had already been used. Tried again then it said I exceeded my daily maximum wash (2). The attendant was nice enough to let me through. Don't even think about using the app to report a problem. It is so inflexible and requires very specific entries to move on. This issue wasn't on there.
