The app designers have built a better mouse trap. Each time I go for a wash, I am logged out and have to sign in. It wants to use the wrong email address and it is difficult to navigate to where I can enter the correct email address manually. Then each time I have to agree to terms and conditions and manually sign. When selecting the location, it takes me to Google maps, but I am already at the location. All these wash options come up which I never use. Designing the app this way was a waste.

they removed Google Pay to checkout, I'm not storing my actual debit card info on multiple sites. so, now your employees just can't get tips. I have an unlimited plan too. it was all set up using the previous app version and Google Pay. I'm not adding my debit card, so I guess I'm not adding any more upgrades or tipping your employees, so good job. wow. so update. even with an unlimited plan and a zero dollar total it won't let me wash my car because I don't have a credit card saved. cancelled

Love the convenience of the app, but I am unable to add additional services! I get an error code, but the charge goes through. First time I thought it was me, so I did it again, thinking the pending authorizations would drop. But NO! I have to call customer service to get the refund. Now I have to explain the issue and prove that the charges go through, which IS NOT convenient 😒
