This app used to be pretty good, even though it had a few usability problems. After the last update several months ago it's become seriously broken. Every time you make a booking it says there's a network problem (on WiFi or cell data, it makes no difference), but if you call the booking phone number it turns out they did receive the app's booking despite the error. Update: doesn't work at all on Android Lollipop, just crashes when you try to do anything. Jan 2018: seems to work now

Fine if you're looking a taxi on a day you don't have to be anywhere, wouldn't bother even looking near the booking feature nevermind instant calling for a booking as every car I've ever ordered comes 25-30 mins later even at quiet times of the day, service could rly be looked into fixing and informing customers, I've been late three times in two weeks when pre booking v early, not much use in having an app tbh. Very frustrating.

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. It very rarely works and quite often tells you there's no car to match your requirements. Shouldn't a taxi service make a car match my requirements. Awful app I won't be using again. 4 years later and I still stand by this review. I was late for work this morning because they told me taxis couldn't drive into my street. Especially puzzling when in the time I was standing outside at least 3 city cabs taxis drive past my house. Joke of a company!
