Update Dec 2022: booked two rides yesterday, which went well, but now app is repeatedly sending notifications to rate the driver of the 2nd ride. Happy to do so, but notifications won't stop coming! Had to disable notifications to stop them pestering me! Update Sep 2022: Very disappointed by new app and losing all details of previous bookings, credit etc. Placed two advance booking and only one shows up in the app but both charged. Revised down from 5 stars to 2.

I tried to book a taxi using the app. I booked because the app said 5 minutes pick up time. Once booked the app did not allocate me a driver...I waited 10 minutes still no driver allocated, so I cancelled the taxi....upon cancelling I was told I will be charged £2.50.....shocking...absolutely shocking...if they can not get me a car after being told 5 minutes, they should not charge me.

App looks good but is not as good as original app. All personal and journey data stored on original app lost and you have to re-enter everything on this app. Not as easy to use. Keeps wanting you to pay by Google pay or card when you want to pay cash. Much preferred the other app. It was quick and easy.
