Great service,lovely friendly drivers. My go to for taxis.

The app is easy to use and usually works fine, but I had a bad experience. I booked a taxi a day in advance to pick up my little brother, my sister, and me from school, and it never showed up. We waited quite a bit of time, then had to cancel and walk home in the rain. You’d think booking in advance would guarantee it arrives on time. If you really need a taxi, it’s better to call and confirm. Aside from that, the app itself is decent.
