Great app, been using it for years. But since the last update I'm getting really bad things. I can order a ride to one destination, and when I want to order it again, app gets me a message that I'm unable to make an order. Happened couple of times where I was stuck and without option to get back, which is making me think of this application very unreliable and have to think on other options. And I would really like you guys to fix that problem.

very good service all round always on time and pleasant drivers

Unreliable service, prices can be more expensive than just hailing a taxi off the street. Also issues with drivers double charging when you pay through the app.
