This app is simple and easy to use and gives the user the capability of booking a taxi with a few taps of your screen,

•A list of recent addresses are saved for speed / ease of use for the User
-Real time updates of your booking including:
•Job Status (Booked, Taxi on Way)
•The Taxi’s current location

Ratings and reviews

The app guesses at your location based on GPS, but always gets it slightly wrong. When you correct it,it changes it back over and over again. Leads to the driver being sent to the wrong address.

Awful app. Every time I pre order a taxi, a driver isn't assigned until the time they have to physically be there. Consistently end up stressed because the taxis are 10-15min later than the time I book them for. Absolutely useless

Booked taxi 6 hours in advance, charged twice for an 'estimation price' only for it to not show up. They sent me texts about how busy they were and my ride was prioritised. Checked the app and I eventually had tracking and the driver was 4 minutes away! They disappear seconds later and I'm back to the booking confirmation page. Cancelled the booking, never using again. Is it crazy to suggest that maybe preordered taxis be prioritised?
