I booked a cab for a next day. It never arrived because as I noticed later in my bookings history - it got cancelled, except I didn't do that. It was impossible to contact them because they were too busy and it took me some time before I was able to arrange another means of transport. As a result I was half an hour late to my first ever interview. Right after the interview I had a misfortune of having to use their services again. I got a driver who took a busier route through a city centre, abusing the fact that I didn't know the area very well. Thanks

I pre-booked a taxi and a different driver had to be rearranged twice just before it was due to arrive which led to a fifteen minute delay.

Taxi driver pleasant & journey was swift. Very disappointed that I was quoted £14-£16 for a planned journey from the airport to a hotel 5 miles away then on arrival in Belfast I was advised there was a £14 surcharge AND £3 car park fee. The eventual cost was £36. Not happy.
