AUTOChargit Switching Charger provides an industry-first EV Switching Charger that increases the effective usage of the EVCS while diminishing the infrastructure and capital expenditure requirements by as much as 80%.
AUTOChargit Switching Charger – Connects up to 10 EV Ports with a single EV Switching Charger. Separating an EVCS into the EV Switching Charger and associated EV Ports allows up to 10 EVs to be plugged in at the same time. Power is automatically switched between the 10 EV Ports based on the site’s priority schedule.
Users will have the option to between 3 different preferences:
Priority Charge: Users are placed in the Priority Queue and bypass the users in the Regular Queue for an additional service fee.
Normal Charge: Users are placed in the Regular Queue so when they reach to top of the Regular Queue their EV is charged.
Off-Peak Charge: Users are placed in the Off-Peak Queue so when they reach to the top of the Off-Peak Queue AND the electricity rates have dropped then the EV is charged.
