AutoDealer Calls is a mobile application that allows you to connect your phone with the AutoDealer Online car service management program and make it convenient to communicate with customers. Login to the application is carried out with the same login and password as in the main program.

Using AutoDealer Calls, you can make and receive incoming calls from customers without using IP telephony. Connect any number of numbers and choose which employee will call clients and who will receive information about incoming calls.

When a customer calls you, a pop-up window will appear in the AutoDealer Online program, which will display the caller’s details and offer available actions, for example:
• register for repairs,
• create a document (transaction, work order, cost estimate, etc.),
• view client statistics, etc.

To contact the client, click on the [Call] button in the AutoDealer Online program. The call will be made from the linked mobile phone.

All calls are displayed in the Call Log of the AutoDealer Online program: incoming, outgoing, missed, unviewed (the customer card was not opened). You can also create deals in the CRM system based on call data.
