There's no sign up heading in menu. The free trial took a good while to work. The email and password page just blanks out. There's a live chat bubble with no live chat. Want to setup acct but, NOBODY'S home. 0*'s.

wish I would not get charged with they cannot decode a vin # and about 10% of the time the part # is incorrect and when you tell them to look again they give you the same wrong part # ðŸ˜.. It has gotten a little better over the last yr however if you don't pay $1 for an expedited search forget about getting an answer same day in the last 6 months...

App works fine but vin decoder is really slow. If you can wait 20 to 30 hours for a response and if it is wrong there is no way to tell them. If the monthly subscription needs to be more for a faster response that would be better
