as others have mentioned the instructions are horrible. none of the QR supplied codes take you to the app. you have to search auto key Max to finally get to the app. once in the app the instructions are no better. it fails to mention that you have to insert the new key and turn the vehicle to on before you can program it. This was on a 2010 Jeep. It did work and I was able to program it so that's the reason for a few extra Stars.

Did not work as described for my Chevy Traverse. Had options in the instructional video that it did not have in the software. Software takes forever to work and feels like it might be data mining. I don't know, but I'm not sure why it should take 5 minutes to scan for a VIN number. Couldn't get it to work and returned.

Sketchy app and company, but will get the job done. Instructions are terrible and app is not well constructed but programed my keys. I had to select a different year and model to get to the correct interface option for my Dodge Ram. Pin read failure was a common occurrence, but resolved by cold resetting entire unit in between flashing each key.
