App is down again! Second time in a week, $1,800.00 worth of wireless tools,....useless,...again. This is beyond frustrating at this point. If you don't have wifi or if you have a weak signal with cellular service, tools won't work either.For some ridiculous reason you have to use your location in order to use the app.. That means if you're in a spot with poor cellular service, you're DEAD IN THE WATER! I had to buy a set of JB wireless tools to remedy this massive flaw with fieldpiece.FIX IT!

got logged out of app and am unable to log back in, I get stuck in a weird forgotten password/register account loop that won't let me proceed. I have emailed support and i have heard nothing back in days now. when the app is working I love it. but now I have well over $2000 in tools that can't be used. I am very aggravated and very disappointed by the lack of communication from support. I understand that the app may have occasional issues. most technology does. but no communication? thats crazy.

Went downhill fast. Needs all.its permissions enabled or Bluetooth won't work, it's obviously mandated by the program as my precise GPS Location has nothing to do with my Bluetooth devices. The app likes to require a full data delete to run again. The JL3PR Tools for it are overpriced for being made out of brittle plastic. I'm currently burning out my second set (They used to be good) and then switching to anyone else, may just go back to analog.
