Edit: Since the last review, things have only gotten worse, and tech support has said they're trying to help, but I get nowhere with that! But now the app just loses connection with the tools (tools are still powered on and I'll be right next to them troubleshooting), which means I have to close out and reopen the app to re-link my tools. The problem with that is that I lose all of my data, and this whole form that we're supposed to be able to present to the homeowner becomes obsolete! NO POINT!

Have you tried troubleshooting yet? If not, please uninstall and reinstall the app, and try opening your Google Maps app and keep it open in the background while you connect your tools. Turbozo (Turbozo)
App does not work offline. You used to be able to use airplane mode when service was not available. Now if your turn on airplane mode, the app will not show you measurements. Making it, and the tools completely useless while I work out in the remote desert. Thousands of dollars spent on tools that require the internet. Apparently I made a Huge mistake investing in the wireless tools.

Very useful when trying to diagnose an issue requiring you to be in 2 seperate locations. However; sometimes it doesn't pick up on My S-man gauges and needs some tinkering. Glad to see it is updated regularly as well... but, really stinks when I have to sit at a customer's house and try to download the update with minimal cell reception/internet connectivity. It seems like a pretty simple interface. Confused to why I need bluetooth, location, and wifi for connection with the gauges...
