Come on guys. Nobody fixed the old problems guys it's ok. but the scales work terribly. ss3. do not show ounces and are very slow. have to look at the remote control. Guys, you are such a big company, I have all your equipment. But it is impossible to use your application. 1. The program constantly loses connection. I have to turn it off and on to show the parameters. 2. The scales do not show 0.25 Oz. Only 1 Oz. 3. The diagram resets when you exit it. If you need to see other parameters.

this application no longer functions at all. unable to log in, use probes, see readings, etc. before it lost total functioning, it lost connection constantly. unable to recover password, or create new account currently. worst app I've ever had the displeasure of using. Updated. I have received an "automated decision" which is just a polite way of saying, they don't care. the issue remains unresolved, and the issue is the application.

Since these last up, updates for some reason, the devices keep disconnecting after about 5 minutes. If you're watching it, you'll see it. No longer reads. And then you'll see - lines sometimes, but most of the time you have to go back refresh. Hit measurements. To get it to work again
