This application crashes A LOT and that's on a brand new device, and uninstalling and re-installing it back on my phone, the company which runs it is next to never responsive when it comes to customer support and when they do they're just literally writing down your problem and will tell you "a tech will get back to you in the next 12 hours. The machines the ap is connected to are outdated as they would be "state of the art" if this was 2014. This whole product is an absolute joke.

the Android variant of the app is not as sophisticated as the Apple variant. The Apple variant has a button prompt on the home screen that says pay now, the Android variant doesn't. Whenever I am on the screen that tells me to hold my phone to the scanner, the scan does not go through. I have money loaded on the app that will most likely never be used. Garbage app

Not happy with this AT ALL. First load of clothes never washed. Came back down to ERROR on machine, clothes dry and dirty still. Paid for it and used my supplies. Other machine had worked on other load so moved that unwashed load to the machine that worked and clothes that were done to dryer and now NFC ERROR every time I try to pay to start the washer AND dryer. wet clothes getting nasty , dirty clothes not washing and WASTED DAY, MONEY & SUPPLIES NOT TO MENTION NEEDING YET ANOTHER APP.
